Ben Grossman, Founder
Ben started attended the Culinary Institute and has traveled around the world cooking and eating. He met Craig in 1997 at Picholine in NYC and they embarked on the journey that became B+C Restaurant Group.
Miqui Marrero Bernard, Financial Controller
Miqui joined the BCRG Team in 2012. In her LONG career sher has worked with some of the the most prominent restaurant groups in NYC. She has helped BCRG organize their outlets so "it makes cents" (pun intended) and is helping plan the next growth phase of BCRG
Chrissy Hopson, Office Assistant- B+C Restaurant Group
Chrissy has worked with BCRG for since 2012. She has worked in almost every Front of House position at EVERY LOCATION. She is currently learning all Back Office operations with Miqui and helps run Peaches Events and at our locations when we need a BIG HITTER!!!
Bradley Pariente, Manager, Peaches on Lewis Ave
Bradley has managed throughout the city and focuses on service according to the policies, procedures and standards of BCRG. He is a people person and it comes thru in all his interactions with guests and staff alike. Look for him on the Latin Stages throughout NYC as he plays the Pan Flute in a band on his time off.
Farley Becera, Kitchen Manager- HotHouse Bed Stuy
Farley started at HotHouse as a Porter/DishWasher. His hardwork and attention to the business earned him promotion after promotion. If you've visited HHBS you for sure have had something he has cooked. He is helping us grow the HotHouse brand.
Gabby Girma, Supervisor- Peaches on Lewis Ave
Gabby has been at Peaches since the beginning. She is a staple and we love her. There is no one on the team that exudes more hospitality than her. Look for her in IMDB- Gabby Girma (SHE HAS TALENT)
Ben Grossman and Craig Samuel started B+C Restaurants in 2006 with the iconic real New York Barbecue Restaurant THE SMOKE JOINT following up with PEACHES a contemporary Southern in 2008. Over the next few years they opened PEACHES HOTHOUSE and PEACHES SHRIMP AND CRAB.
