Ben Grossman, Founder
Ben started attended the Culinary Institute and has traveled around the world cooking and eating. He met Craig in 1997 at Picholine in NYC and they embarked on the journey that became B+C Restaurant Group.
Miqui Marrero Bernard, Financial Controller
Miqui joined the BCRG Team in 2012. In her LONG career sher has worked with some of the the most prominent restaurant groups in NYC. She has helped BCRG organize their outlets so "it makes cents" (pun intended) and is helping plan the next growth phase of BCRG
Ben Grossman and Craig Samuel started B+C Restaurants in 2006 with the iconic real New York Barbecue Restaurant THE SMOKE JOINT following up with PEACHES a contemporary Southern in 2008. Over the next few years they opened PEACHES HOTHOUSE and PEACHES SHRIMP AND CRAB.
